Due to the popularity of Dezerland Action Park, we experience a large number of calls with questions about Birthday Parties, Attractions, Admissions & Special Events.
In an effort to provide the best customer service possible, we have provided you with the most frequently asked questions and answers.
IS THERE AN ADMISSION CHARGE?
No, we allow guests to purchase attractions ala carte and there is no reservation needed!
We do offer play passes that bundle several attractions for added value.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Unfortunately, we do NOT accept cash payments.
All transactions must be completed with a valid credit card.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO DO THE ATTRACTIONS?
We do not have a minimum age but do have a minimum height requirment for all attractions -
Cadet Go Kart Track 48″
Pro Go Kart Track 58″
VR Experiences 40″
Bumper Cars 44″
Ninja Lounge 45″
CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE?
We do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers.
We have an extensive menu at our cafe and offer pizza, hot foods, snacks and candy which can be purchased through the park.
Only your birthday cake or cupcakes are permitted with a booked event.
CAN I BRING IN CAKE FOR MY GROUP?
We do not allow outside food or beverages for any walk-in events or guests.
We only allow store or bakery purchased cake for booked birthday & special events.
If you are planning to celebrate with a group and are not interested in a party package, you can reserve a table prior to the event date.
DOES EVERYONE HAVE TO SIGN A WAIVER?
All guests participating in Go Karting, Bumper Cars, VR, Roller Skating, Soft Play or Ninja Lounge Attractions will need to complete a waiver.
