All racers must sign a release and waiver of liability form

For racers under 18 years of age a release and waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian

A minimum height of 48 inches for Cadet Karts and 58 inches for Pro Karts is required

Closed Toed Shoes are required to race

Every racer must complete our briefing session on racing safety and regulations

All racers long hair must be pulled back into a ponytail

Go Kart Racing is real racing and NOT an amusement ride

Accidents can happen if you do not follow the rules and pay attention to the flags.

Go Kart Racing is a noncontact sport. We do not tolerate any bumping or blocking. The is not excuse for contact.

Dezerland Action Park has a strict zero tolerance policy regarding alcohol or drug use. Anyone who appears to be under the influence will not be permitted to race.

Go Kart Racing poses special risks to people with neck or back problems, heart conditions, pregnancy, anyone who should not be in a stressful or physically demanding environment. IF you have any doubts please check with your doctor before racing
